AMBARI-26646: Fix Host Summary page not listing host components when opened via the Hosts List page ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? In large cluster 2K+ nodes hosts summary page was not listing the host components because of websockets re-rendering and host models state issue. These changes are ensuring the host models are updated based on the previous state. ## How was this patch tested?
