### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The Oracle DDL used BIGINT for registries.id, mpacks.id and
mpacks.registry_id. Oracle does not support BIGINT, so these tables
and the tables that depend on them were not created.
This PR changes them to NUMBER(19) and adds a test in DDLTests that
fails if BIGINT appears in the Oracle DDL.
### How was this patch tested?
Ran Ambari-DDL-Oracle-CREATE.sql with sqlplus on Oracle 21c XE and
Oracle 26ai Free. Before: ORA-00902: invalid datatype. After: no
ORA-00902, and registries, mpacks, stack and extensionlink are
created.
