AMBARI-26666: Support bulk Recover Hosts action from the Hosts List page in Ambari Web (React) ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a Recover Hosts entry to the Hosts List bulk Actions menu. Selected, filtered, or all hosts are checked with the single-host Recover Host rule (every component INSTALLED, INSTALL_FAILED, or INIT); ineligible hosts are skipped and listed with the blocking components. Eligible hosts are submitted as one request schedule that moves every host to INIT, then to INSTALLED, then regenerates keytabs once on Kerberos clusters. A single host produces the same batch as single-host Recover Host. ## How was this patch tested?
