I committed a stub demo package so that the project should be runnable. Benjamin created a README for getting started.
At this point, I'm going to submit future changes as pull requests. I propose the following workflow: - All non-trivial changes should be made as pull requests on GitHub - Committers should review pull requests - When a pull request has been approved by another committer, the submitter should merge their own pull request.
