Release initial versions 2. Add active contributors 3. None at this time.How has the community developed since the last report? Community has been pretty stable, with a trickle of new stars, forks, and watchers on the GitHub repo. Committers and other interested parties have made plans to meet in person over the next month and to work on contributions.How has the project developed since the last report? Significant code developments took place to establish the foundation of the project through August and September.
