Hi all! There's a "Locators for Web Publications" spec being written at https://github.com/w3c/publ-loc
The objective is to define the use of Web Annotations within the nascent Web Publication format: https://github.com/w3c/wpub Readable (current) draft at https://w3c.github.io/wpub/ It's *very* early days for both of these specs, but I thought we might as a group want to keep an eye on these activities and potentially help out with both spec-design and implementation(s).
