This is why I don't want to use it.  The starTeam API has a method to
make an OLEDate (which it requires) out of a java.util.Date, and that's
all I need.  All I'm saying is that Ant should do the parsing in java,
and only convert the result to an OLEDate right before it passes it to
the Starteam API.

That looks suspiciously like a COM or SQL server datatype.
