Translations have been done from an alternative form of ' to ' and names have been spelled with non accented characters. To be explicit about the names Jan Materne and Aslak Hellesoy I missed the src/main/org/apache/tools/ant/taskdefs/optional/IContract.java file probably because it is not touched in a basic build of ant. Please also apply patch 10/19/03 14:25 as it makes a testcase pass on jdk 1.2.2 which would otherwise fail.
