http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27923 JspC fails to compile with Tomcat Jasper 5.0 [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|CLOSED |REOPENED Resolution|WONTFIX | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-04-06 13:29 ------- I fail to see how LiteWebserver3 solves a Tomcat 5 problem. Jasper can certainly compile JSPs on the fly, that's not the point of this task. Sometimes you will want to know that your JSP is broken before you deploy it, sometimes you don't want to have the original JSPs on your production server at all. There are several reasons for a <jspc> task. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
