Hi Joe, there is a blocking issues reported against the 2.3.0-RC1 release that should get fixed before we make a release. The problem is that extending from a parent ivy.xml results in an error in some cases where version 2.2.0 doesn't has that problem. Apart from that issue, no other blocking bugs has been reported as far as I know.
