since yesterday the http access to repo1.maven.org is blocked.
It happens that in trunk file
lib\libraries.properties
at line 21, there's a such reference

I'm sorry but I can't analyze the impact on ant, I've discovered it
during a mass check on my disk after reading this tweet made from
repo1.maven.org admins few days ago :
