That work was completed by reverting the affected code in FTP classes

hear back from the reporter whether they could try our nightly build
with the changes, but I haven't heard back. I'll mark that as resolved
for 1.10.16.
I don't have any other work going on currently.
Personally I have at least one Bugzilla issue I want to look into and a
small improvement waiting where we can get rid of some pre-Java7ism.
Unless anybody stops me I plan to cut a new release candidate sometime
during the weekend or early next week.
