They are not currently proposing adding the sesame-tools Rio Parsers to the project as far as I can tell. They may be open to joining Any23 and consolidating their parsers with the current Any23 infrastructure. I would definitely like to switch the Any23 method to wrap all extractors as Rio Parsers at some stage. > @Peter, > > On Sun, Nov 18, 2012 at 7:49 PM, Peter Ansell <[email protected]> wrote: > >> Looking through the proposal showed up a nice set of Sesame Rio >> Parsers that are implemented by the Salzburg group that Any23 might be >> able to pick up and run with, as they are licensed under Apache-2.0 >> [1]. > > Are you proposing that we get in touch with the above developers? The developers of that project are the same people who are putting in the Linda/Marmotta proposal, so discussing with them on general@incubator would be easy to do. They have wrapped up parsers for a number of different file formats so that they are native Sesame Rio Parsers. Ideally I would like to either integrate the source code for their modules into Any23 and have them become committers to Any23, as long as they are okay with that, or depend on their artifacts and submit bug reports to their BitBucket repository. I have submitted some minor Maven pom.xml changes to their BitBucket repository and they accepted the changes quite promptly. Cheers, Peter
