The idea behind this one now seems clear to me and should be a parserfactory
wrapper for the Tika parsers.
The Extractors however are not so clear...
For my particular use case I wish to be able to extract vocabs from xml so this
is likely the only extractor I would implement at this stage.
I am going to attempt work on this issue this week so will mark appropriate
versioning depending on how my week progresses.
