patch for trunk.
The duly renames all classes in o.a.a.api.vocab.* package as per the suggested
Class naming convention proposed by Simone.
The knock on effect (which takes up a significant proportion of the patch)
includes the subsequent amendment of import's and instance initialization from
within (mostly) extractor classes using the our vocab classes.
