I posted to the list on this topic today, and I am opening an issue for this.
Neither basic-crawler, html-scraper, office-scraper or the Service include
logging dependencies and therefore do not log within tests when I build
locally.
I don't know why this is but the attached patch is a move to add the necessary
logging.
