The rover tests were temporarily switched off because Twitter has moved to
HTML5 and the parser we are using cannot parse it, failing with:

[Fatal Error] :13:117: The element type "meta" must be terminated by the
matching end-tag "</meta>".

Not sure what could be causing the last two characters to be missing other than
a missing close call somewhere.
