Lewis - thank you for moving this on.

I had two other comments on the RC1 vote:

* There are two different apache-any23-2.2-src.zip files.
* There are no md5 for the proposed dist/any23

The first about finding the one-true source code.

The second is a requirement of the ASF release process to have MD5 checksums to verify downloads.
