Clean up JMSBase to remove hardcoding of clientId and subject to test etc
First cut of SQS implementation using JMSBase code,
Fix version dependency of amazon-sqs-java-messaging-lib by excluding old
and adding our own 1.10.73 version in the pom
Make junit Assume work to do conditional testing
Delete stray queues we find before starting any test
