Resolution: REMIND
For idempotency the failureHandling() method that processes the file later
cannot be used. Currently, the error is being propagated which will result in
the operator being restarted and the file being tried again. Improvements can
be made in future to do inline retries at the same time when there are failures
till some maximum number of retries before failing.
