Munagala V. Ramanath commented on APEXCORE-558: ----------------------------------------------- True in theory but I think red is less of a risk than the current yellow; given that the yellow version has been out in the field for a while, the risk that red will cause a problem is miniscule. I also think it looks better than no color at all so I think we can go ahead with this change. Another option is to change both the background and the foreground colors -- that way it won't matter what the current background is but I suspect it won't look as nice. > Do not use yellow color to display command strings in help output > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: APEXCORE-558 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/APEXCORE-558 > Project: Apache Apex Core > Issue Type: Bug > Environment: MacOS, Linux > Reporter: Sanjay M Pujare > Priority: Minor > > Apex CLI Help output (at least on MacOS and Linux terminals) shows command > strings in yellow which is extremely hard to read and reduces usability of > the CLI.
