Agree with both of you. But how about adding methods prepareDAG to launcher API
and launchDAG that takes a prepared DAG and launches it, launchApp will be a
combination of both. Also yes for making getDAG() part of AppHandler.
Also thomas, the issue is current assigned, do you want to work on it? If so
please go ahead otherwise I can work on it as well.
