Description: If an apex plugin is enabled, a library that it belongs to
along with dependencies specified by the plugin jar should be deployed along
with the Apex core engine libraries (was: If an apex plugin is enabled, all
plugin jar-files should be included into the application package and names of
the plugin jar-files should be added to the application classpath.)
