Hi, I wanted to make you aware that there is a base implementation for a REST service to manage Apex applications here: https://github.com/atrato/atrato-server
It is ASL and everyone is welcome to use it or contribute to it. If there is sufficient interest it can also be discussed to add it to apex-core in the future. Thanks, Thomas
