Hi, Just be a little careful using IRC, slack or other off list forms of communication as all discussions towards making a decision need to be made on the mailing list. “If it's not on the mailing list it did’t happen” [1] The mailing list is searchable and are archived and are a very useful tool for new members. They give the opportunity for everyone to be involved. Remember not everyone may be in the same time zone as you.
