Summary: Upstream operator continues to use
DefaultStatefulStreamCode even when different StreamCodec set

This happens when the StreamCodec attribute is set of when the getStreamCodec
method of an input port is overriden. The only way to get things to work is to
always use/extend DefaultStatefulStreamCodec.
