One has to register with the forum first with the email address.
When one tries to post a reply, he/she will be asked to subscribe to the
mailing list by a similar except first steps is nabble web UI.
Then via webUI, the mail will be end as registered email address to mailing
list.
I've just sent a testmail from nabble account. Thanks.
