Dear Community, During testing for bigtop integration, I had to re-create some setup related to hadoop+apex+compilation of apps couple of times which was cumbersome which is when I created a Dockerfile using which I built a docker image which has bigtop hadoop & bigtop apex installed. While using this I realized that this docker image becomes a quick and easy environment for users of apex to launch and even compile the applications if they want to.
Do you think it would be a good idea to host a apex docker image on docker hub for users of apex? This would provides better adaptability as there is a plug and play environment for apex users. Do we have a docker hub account for apex? Let me know if this make sense to you, I'll raise a Jira tkt for this. Thanks, Chinmay.
