Subject: [VOTE] Graduate Apex from the Incubator

Dear Community,

Based on the positive discussion, I'm calling for the community VOTE to
graduate Apache Apex (incubating) to top level project (TLP).

Please vote on the resolution pasted below.

[ ] +1 Graduate Apache Apex from the Incubator.
[ ] +0 Don't care.
[ ] -1 Don't graduate Apache Apex from the Incubator because…

This is a community vote and everyone is invited to participate. PPMC votes
should be marked binding.

This vote will be open for at least 72 hours.

If this VOTE succeeds, a similar VOTE will commence on the general@incubator
mailing list. If that vote also succeeds, we will submit the resolution to be
included in the agenda of the next Apache board meeting.

Many thanks to our mentors and everyone else for the support,

Pramod, for the Apache Apex PPMC

My vote is +1 (binding)
