Starting from hadoop 2.4.0, one can set "tags" for an application through the
setApplicationTags call:
http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.4.0/api/index.html?org/apache/hadoop/yarn/api/records/ApplicationSubmissionContext.html
We can use this feature to store the "application path" and it will solve a lot
of our current problems with not knowing the application path after the
application is terminated.
