Hi,

+1 binding

I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures good
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE correct
- No binaries in source 
- All source files have Apache headers
- Can compile from source

One very minor issue is that  NOTICE has incorrect year in it.
