Here are the updates:
# ran docker image given by travis
# mvn apache-rat:check verify -Dlicense.skip=false -Pall-modules command is
crossing 3GB limit specified by travis.
# downloaded heap dump using jmap, docker cp
# Analyzed heap dump for leak suspects using eclipse mat plugin.
# I do not see any symptoms for some of our objects occupying large chunk of
memory.
