Made good progress on the ManagedState implementation of ArrayListMultimap. In
order to do this implementation I will also be providing managed state
implementations of Map and ArrayList, becuase those implementations can be used
as building blocks for ArrayListMultimap. Will provide an update on progress
next weekend.
