i have replaced the help files with a new set of files where the cross references into the DevGuide goes online to api.openoffice.org. Even this solution is not optimal because the links back does not work proper.

New Version:

Hi,

first of all thanks to Frank Schoenheit (Microsoft Developer Studio power user) who has figured out how our UNOIDL reference can be integrated in the Microsoft Developer Studio.

I have prepared a set of help files for OpenOffice.org2.0.2 which can be found in the file section of api.openoffice.org (http://api.openoffice.org/files/documents/22/3213/OpenOffice.org2.0.2_API_Reference_Manual.zip).

For installing the help files, simply download the file, extract it anywhere and call the register.cmd. But note that you need "hxreg.exe" from the "Microsoft Help 2.0 SDK". For detailed instructions how you can compile the help on your own and for any trouble shouting hints please see the description from Frank in the wiki (http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Integrate_Custom_Help_Into_MSDEV)

In the future when i have all prerequisites in place for the build process i will create this help files during the build process and will integrate them in the SDK.

Have fun with the new reference (enjoy the search feature ;-))
