Dear Stefan:
I made the exact question about a week ago, but it seems that the project
is waiting for a new version . In the meantime, try to use Netbeans, or try to
download the source code of the plugin from api.openoffice.org.

Below the answer that I received:

>Hi Marco,
>this was discussed ten days ago. A new update site seems to be in
 progress.
>Greetings, Tobias

Hope it helps

Regards

Marco
