didn't get 2.4.0 (nor DEV300_m5 I've just build).
At least it would be worth to update the html page for the awt module

If not, API users may see that there is a control, but it has not model.

Although it was already possible to achieve what this new control does,
it really saves us a lot of coding!
A little point: XFixedHyperlink::setURL() method's name cannot be taken
too seriously, as you can pass a SYSTEM path instead of an URL, and in
fact anything (for example "dsfe79888") will work as long as it is a
string (could implementation have used INetURLObject::SetURL() to verify
we pass an URL instead of dummy strings?)
