Hello,
I have installed an extension cadooo2-0.13.6.oxt under Linux and
using official OpenOffice.org 2.4.1 package.
But when I remove it either with the extension manager or unopkg I
have the following message
ERROR: (com.sun.star.deployment.DeploymentException) { { Message =
"Une erreur s'est produite lors de la d\X00e9sactivation :
cadooo.xcu", Context = (com.sun.star.uno.XInterface) @-4bf45734 },
Cause = (any) { (com.sun.star.ucb.InteractiveAugmentedIOException) {

}, State = (com.sun.star.beans.PropertyState) DIRECT_VALUE } } } } } }
what does
ls -l
/home/gerard/.openoffice.org2/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/w706BK_/cadooo2-1.0.0.oxt/cadooo.xcu
(in a shell) say?
not found, but instead there was
/home/gerard/.openoffice.org2/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/w706BK_/cadooo2-0.13.6.oxt/cadooo.xcu
(checked before removing)
Why the extension manager look for a directory cadooo2-1.0.0.oxt (a
version of cadooo that is not installed) ?
Did you ever have a cadooo2-1.0.0 installed? There is a mapping between
installed extensions and their file names stored in
user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages.db; maybe that file is corrupted
(you could try by removing the complete user/uno_packages tree, and then
re-installing all your extensions); but maybe that file only stores the
w706BK_ random part of the paths above, not also the cadooo2-0.13.6.oxt
vs. cadooo2-1.0.0.oxt part, and the problem lies elsewhere.
Also of interest might be the description.xml (if any) stored in the
cadooo2-0.13.6.oxt you installed.
