Basic is simple, just define new function and call it. To see how it
works in Java, start NetBeans (with OpenOffice.org API) plug-in and
create new project OpenOffice.org Calc Add-in.
Unfortunately, Basic functions must be defined in the Standard module,
otherwise they don't work. And therefore they cannot be packed in an
extension.
I should have filed an issue for that a long time ago.
