Do you know the "all resolving tool" Xray ? ,
Well after 2 minutes using Xray i found
"thiscomponent.CurrentController.model.title" must do the job

Yes. Forcing the user to save the document first, could be a solution.
I might consider this.
However, before throwing the towel, I´d rather see, if someone´s
coming up with a posibility to retrieve the document´s "name", that
OOo passes to the printer.
