IMO, interface-announce has a way too mixed target audience - people
reading about a change in some comphelper-C++-class are usually not
interested in a change to, say, css.document.DocumentInfo, and vice versa.

So, in general I would be glad to give interface-announce a cleaner
semantics, in that it contains only "developer-related" interface
announcements.

However, that isn't a really strong opinion of mine, I could live with
cross-posting, too (the more since probably, there are UNO API changes
which might be "developer-related", too).

Ciao
Frank
