[api-dev] Xray problem with 3.0

Bernard, if you are there ?

when running Xray under 3.0
Like:  xray Thiscomponent

i run in a error ( no suchEllementExecption) when Xray must open his 
dialog 

oLibContainer.LoadLibrary(Libname)

the Xray dialog library is pressent the Libname = "XrayTool"

Maybe I am just confused  ?
