i am not aware of an overall design document for the office, so you
shouldn't expect one single document...
Maybe you should think first in which application area you are most
interested in. I would then recommend that you subscribe to the related
mailing list (e.g. [email protected] for the the writer
application) and ask there for more detailed hints how you can proceed.
