I am developing an extension using NetBeans OOo plugin.
I followed the DeveloperGuide for adding a help file for extensions.
The example worded fine.

I added Japanese texts in the example's xhp file, and I changed the xml-lang
to ja.
The oxt file is successfuly built, but when I tried to install the
extension, I got an error:
"input is not proper utf-8 indicate encoding"
which points to the exact line of help file where I added the Japanese
texts.
The xhp files must be written in utf-8 encoding.
