no i wasn't and i think it would better fit in the API section because
we talk here about a specific handling in the context of OpenOffice.org.
But hey we should simply agree on one page ;-)
If it's ok for all i would move the content and redirect the
uno/API_Deprecation to API/Concepts_API_changes
