go to http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#mirrors
and look in the archive column

Not sure if you will find a 2.1 src anyway (for what I've seen the Technische
Universität Chemnitz for example has no 2.1 src, but 2.2.0
http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/openoffice-archive/stable/2.1.0/
http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/openoffice-archive/stable/2.2.0/

And I guess you can still checkout the 2.1 src via CVS with something like:

]$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:[email protected]:2401/cvs
]$ cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:[email protected]:2401/cvs
CVS password:
<type anoncvs>
]$ cvs co  OpenOffice2/OpenOffice_2_1_0
