Hi,
Yes I am working on presentation document. Ultimately I need to
create Bulleting and Numbering styles in Presentation Document.
So if XMultiServiceFactory doesn't allow me to create Paragraph, then how
do I create apply Bulleting and Numbering Styles. Is there any alternate
way of doing this ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The provided list lets me think that you are working on a presentation
document, not a text document, while the documentation you are using
refers to the latter.
AFAIK a presentation document is not able to create a text paragraph
through its XMultiServiceFactory interface.
