Controllers created via a document's view factory
(XModel2::createViewController) now can return the arguments which
were used to create them, very much like XModel::getArgs returns
load/creation-time arguments for the document itself.
(And since SFX-based documents now really implement the view factory
paradigm on the UNO level, API developers might indeed make practical
use of it :) )
