*Description*

css.document.DocumentMacroConfirmationRequest2, which only slightly
different from css.document.DocumentMacroConfirmationRequest, has been
removed. The mentioned small differences have been moved into
DocumentMacroConfirmationRequest, which is still unpublished.
Since both structures together had only 3 usages in the OOo code base,
and due to them being highly specialized, clients outside this code
base are pretty unlikly to exist, this change shouldn't create any
problem ...
