not exactly. You can use the OOo SDK build environment.

I build on Fedora (2.6.33.5-124.fc13.x86_64) 64 and 32 bits, and deploy on 
Ubuntu and OpenSuSe without any problem (even with OOo provided by the 
distros)... assuming you don't start linking against external libraries, it 
should work out of the box.
