Hi,

I agree with you, due to the historical issues, we have to use Dashboard
x.y with APISIX x.y-1, which's hard for users to distinguish those versions.

BTW, we have introduced many PRs for Dashboard recently, both web &
manager-api, I would agree to release a new version :)
